Help needed: Automate free bitcoin faucet apps

There are several apps that work like bitcoin faucets. You have to open the app every 30 or 60 minutes, tap on a button and get free satoshi. It would be great if this process could be automated, but I'm a newbie and don't know how to do it. Here is a list of the free bitcoin apps:

• Bitmaker (enter code WZVA45 and get 2500 free satoshi)

I find it very hard to program even the simplest tasks. For example I want the app "Bitmaker" to open automatically every 30 minutes for 2 minutes, how do i do that? There are so many options, I can't figure out what I need to do :(
