Hi there,

i wanted to disable my Lockscreen when connected to my Home Wifi. To do so I configured the "Disable screen lock secure" Block to disable SafeGuard. I am on Android 10 with Magisk Root enabled.
If the block get's triggered it always gives me an error: "java.lang.NoSuchMethodException: android.view.IWindowManager$Stub$Proxy.disableKeyguard [interface android.os.IBinder, class java.lang.Sring]" after which the line gets stopped by failure.

Please help me to get this thing done!

Seems the API has change in Android 10. Fixed for the next release.

Disable screen lock on home wifi does not work on my phone Galaxy S9 + Android 10. Is it the case that Automate is not yet updated to a new version where it would then possibly work?

Just wondering. Why not use smart unlock instead?

Anyway, didn't try it myself, but doing so might not be possible as disabling lock screen likely requires root access.

To disable a secure (PIN/password) screen lock the Disable screen lock secure option has to be enabled, which require a rooted device, but it still may not work, since it's using an unofficial hack.
Any error message?

I wrote this fairly popular flow for just this reason. It uses a UI workaround to unlock your device, and depends on your setting up Smart Lock:
