I would like to export an FLO  in a format that can be easily understood and analyzed by ChatGPT. Specifically, I need each parameter within every block (such as block names, descriptions, inputs, outputs, conditions, etc.) to be clearly represented in a structured text format—for example, JSON, CSV, or TXT.

how can I exporting to such formats, or suggest a recommended approach to achieve this?

Thank you for your help!

Not possible. Export and import of some kind of "source code" is a feature on the to do list.
However, it would certainly be useless in any LLM anyway since none of them have trained on such data, yet.

If that claim was true, i.e. "thousands of flows share online" and "upload their flows to GitHub", then no "source code" export would be necessary.

If it were possible to export flows in JSON format, I would be able to offer much deeper, smarter, and more accurate support:

  • Fully analyze any flow – explain exactly what each block does, how the blocks are connected, and detect logical errors or missing conditions.

  • Reconstruct the flow’s structure and describe it in a clear, organized, and understandable way – even if the file was received without documentation.

  • Convert the file into a readable, descriptive explanation of the program’s logic, including objectives, conditions, variables, and actions.

  • Suggest automatic improvements – such as optimizing conditions, reducing unnecessary complexity, and using existing variables more efficiently.

  • Identify bugs in the logic – like disconnected blocks, unreachable conditions, or infinite loops.

  • Generate new flows upon request, and provide them as ready-to-import JSON files (once such functionality becomes available).

  • Compare different versions of flows, and point out exactly which parts have changed between versions.

The JSON format is standard, widely used, and very easy for me to read and process. This capability would greatly expand the support I can provide to Automate users — in a more accurate, practical, and efficient way.
