VPNservice and DNS

Hi, have you got plans to implement localVPN using Android VPNservice for the purpose of changing DNS settings since set settings and get settings does not allow for DNS change on newer firmware.

Can be useful for setting adblock DNS, secure DNS, via quicksetting tiles or application specific task.

Using an VPN just to change DNS seems a bit invasive. I don't think it could be automated anyway.

Hi, I found that Tasker has implemented per-app network access using VPN as per link below. (its not plugin so cannot use with automate). Would you consider implementing VPN for app restriction or for finer website blocking, or dns changing etc?

Would be useful to use change DNS of public wifi, restrict app usage to certain web address or per app geo restriction spoofing etc.. so many possibility for automation.. :)
