The 'Upload to Google Drive" function works very great. However, I'd to know if I can upload the files to a specific folder to Google Drive. Thanks in advance if anyone comes up with an idea.

Just write the path to it in the "Remote path" field:
/MyFolder/MyFiles/

Just makes sure the parent directories (i.e /MyFolder) exists. It should work like any other file system.

How about a little advanced stuff: Let's just say that I establish a block that lists all of the folders in my Google Drive account, then I add a choice dialogue using the output variable I set in the previous one. But here's the headachy part: whenever I assign an output variable to the remote path in 'Google Drive upload' block, not thing happens. Later then, I find out that the 'Variable' that I assigned wasn't text, so the block misread it. Is there any way to 'convert' the non-text content of the variable to text?

The Choice dialog block always assigns an array to the "selected indices/keys" variable, it does so to support multiple selection without a syntax change.
To get the selected item, if there's only one selected use:
selected[0]
