Notification listener service not running

Hi, all.
I am using the Notification posted block and it used to be working ok.
After a reboot I'm getting:
java.lang.IllegalStateException: Notification listener service not running
How can a restart the notification service?

It's a know Android bug, see: https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/75414169
Toggle Automate off then on again in system Apps & notification, Special app access, Notification access.
