I would like to be able to search for the number of emails in gmail with a certain filter, for example with a certain label applied.

Not possible. Google no longer allow access to such features, unless an app performs an $10K "security assessment".

Hello,
I would count it on Google side with a daily scheduled script and send it to myself in a mail.

I thought that, when I send a mail to myself from the server-side script, the GMail app will receive it on the phone and drop a notification.
This  notification is what can be triggered by Automate and I hope it could read the count-number from the mail.

the fact is that when I receive a certain type of email, automate has to do some operations.
Since in automate there is the simple count of emails, without being able to apply any type of filter, I don't know how to do it ..
Regardless of everything it would be interesting to be able to receive "cloud messages" not necessarily sent by automate itself ..
