Exporting particular ".flo" file locally and adding time to a filename

Hey there once again!

Without too much do, I will quickly state what I am trying to establish;

I want to export a particular flow locally to a folder (ie. in this case; to my phone's root drive). I know I can use Content Copy to copy a complete .bak of my Automate (which contains all flows I believe), but how am I able to export a singular flow on its own locally?

Use the Content copy block with /data appended to the Flow URI, e.g.:

content://com.llamalab.automate.provider/flows/1/data
