Purchase with multiple Google accounts

Using multiple Google account on the same device is problematic since an
app has no control over which is used for purchase, nor verification
there of.
The first account added is considered the "primary" account, it's used for purchases.
The Google Play Store app do allow account switching, but it seldom to seems work:
