Feature Request: Is it possible to have Automate make "floating bubbles" that can be interacted with?

Like the kind that Facebook Messenger uses, that can be moved around the screen, trapped on to expand into a window, or dragged to the bottom to get rid of.

It's not really been part of the standard Android UI guidelines to use overlays and floating widgets, so i'm hesitant.
However it seem even the stock/Google dialer recently got such a floating action button during ongoing calls, so i might have to reconsider.
Until then a notification or QuickSettings tile instead.

I would like this feature as well. I saw a tasker tutorial to show bubbles for messages in android 10, but I don't get that apps layout. I love Automate! Is there a way to do something like this with the Automate. (To create a bubble for a conversation.)
