It is possible to add a dot in Flow Beginning block for FLOW Stop?

Use case:
1. When someone stop the flow, it will run a fiber to logs or send data or lock device or make sound.

You can use Failure catch block for that and put it where fiber likely fail to continue.

No. If a user clicks the STOP button they expect the flow to stop.
If you wish a flow to have some graceful shutdown then it need to implement it itself, e.g. using a notification with a stop button, or an additional Flow beginning block titled "STOP", that performs the shutdown.

Connecting the STOP dot is an optional choice of the "flow maker" if he want to add a stopping fiber. Maybe its just a crazy idea for more secure of the flow STOP. Maybe its really not allowed of the Automate system. thanks for the reply.
