Barb sent me an email stating that she was glad to see me back so I
could learn some more about helping myself. We have always talked
about how the greatest thing we could do to help others is to teach
them to help themselves. When I first was "up to my neck" in problems
with autoimmune disease, I came screaming to Barb and she became my
resource for ideas and places to check. Slowly but surely, I learned
how to advocate for myself.

Now that the struggle continues, I am a whole lot better about
maintaining a good attitude and taking a deep breath. This group
should allow us all to say what we need to say and ask each other for
ideas born from experience.

I still say Barb is the best resource for where to look and what ideas
to consider. But, in the end, "what is meant to be, is up to me".

Thanks again, "fearless leader", for all your encouragement and help
along the way. I am glad to say I'm still here and I hope you plan to
be here too for some time to come. Sometimes we all forget that you
have your struggles too.

AWE I thank you so much Thomas for your vote of confidence. I have had considerable struggles in the last few months that have thrown a wrench into my system. I draw strength from all of you guys and know that I started this non profit for a reason.

You all mean the world to me. I get so much out of being there for others and appreciate each and every one of you.

Hi to Deb! I hope her work struggles are better. Talk to you soon!
