Building from source

Quite a number of you have contacted me lately about problems building Autofac 2 from source, especially targeting .NET 3.5 or Silverlight.

I've updated the instructions on the wiki here - http://code.google.com/p/autofac/wiki/BuildingFromSource - can anyone confirm that .NET 3.5 builds work for them based on these instructions?
