In some organizations users do not have the right to delete the documents
they add, then that priviledge is reserved to a group leader or an
administrator.

If you try to do this in WorkCenter, you should edit the user's access
profile to change his own right from "owner" to "editor". The problem
appears when this user is going to add a new document as some profile fields
(Document Name) are writeable only for owners but not for editors.
¿What do you think about it?
