The manual is very poor. This is a very sheep quality.
The software is unable to acquire an image from my scanner. When I try to
download an image captured from my scanner. Nothing appears in the project
windows. The only answer I can get is "error loading image".
I have lost several hours and 52$. I will certainly remember how inefficient
Autodesk's products are. It is not a sufficent answer to propose a refund
when a customer is unhappy about an Autodesk's product.
Probably other customers will share my views.

Hi Eric,
Could you explain to me the exact steps you take to when trying to place the
scanned image in Landscape. If you are using a Twain32 compliant
scanner/software, you should not have any problems.
