Whatever happened to...Picture This Home!

I'm waiting to reseive the software from Autodesk "Picture this Home !
Bath that I just bought. but I read in this discussion group, personally
from Scott A Siebels, the possitive comment about this software, also I
read from T.J. England (product support technician) that this software
no more belong to Autodesk and belong now to Broderbund, so this means
that Picture This Home ! Kitchen also belong to Broderbund. By this way,
I navigated into www.broderbund.com to find information about these two
softwares and I don't find nothing with those names. Are these softwares
changes names in this new company ??? What are the new names for these
softwares.???
Months ago I bought softwares from Autodesk and Softdesk (now Autodesk)
like AutoCAD, 3D Studio, 3D StudioMax and Auto Architect S7 but I don't
have time to learn all the benefits of these softwares. One question
more is that I need a software or group of softwares for remodeler
(preference in Kitchen, Bath and Landscape) very easily to learn, to
show to differents clients and make business in remodeling; a friendly,
complete, intuitive and interactive software for bath, kitchen and
lanscape mainly. I think in softwares like Pro remodeler 3D, Pro
lanscape or one Planix software, also Picture This Home ! Kitchen (but I
don't know where could I buy this software). Is this the right
conclussion, could someone comment me about this or recommended me other
way. I prefer to buy Autodesk software because I'm sure that Autodesk
have the best solutions in this area.
