Planix CD - Problems CD: No Samples/GUI Lang. - Help/Pointers?

We recently bought a Planix 3D Heim Design suite in a German
department - understanding it would come with both an
English & German user interface - it seems to have
only the German interface (but for some symbol names). Is there
some DLL which can change the program's i18n resources ?
Further, there seems to be something weird with the CD: a lot of
the folders are empty?! In particular, there are NO sample files or
tutorials. Since I saw earlier on this newsgroup a msg from Autodesk
confirming that there were some faulty Planix CD's - could someone from
Autodesk confirm that I got one of this collectors item or otherwise
advise on how to arrange an exchange for a 'proper' one (ideally incl.
English UI)? In the UK there seems to be no on Autodesk contact for Planix
listed (at least none to be found on the web page)

PS: Here is the top-level directory of HOMSUITE\ - a lot e.g. HOM/TOUR are
empty or just contain a .txt file... (and apart from some MB Images for
decorator
there is nothing else on the CD)

The contact you need to get a hold of for your localized version of Planix
is Media Gold. They sell and support your localized version, they'll be
able to tell assist you in the problems you are encountering and if you need
a replacement CD.
