Change Assembly Sequence?

Can the sequence of assembly componets be changed? We need to change the
grounded part in an older assembly drawing.

I believe that you can do this by re-arranging in the browser the components

I have done this by creating a sub assembly and taking everything into it
and then bringing them back to the upper assembly in the order I wish them
to have priority and the first one becomes the base part

you can also change the order of parts or sub-assemblies by holding shift while dragging them up or down in the browser
