Data exporting to Arcview

Dear All,

When I exported data to arc view, I am facing problem with the decimal
precision change in field values. (Means in AutoCAD a particular field
having 4 decimal precisions but in arc view the resulting precision if
more than 4.)
I requesting you please kindly guide me the way to get the desired
results.
