Oracle connectivity problem

Hi,

I am trying to import data from oracle spatial 10g into autodesk map 3D 2005 using Windows XP platform. I have checked the service name in listener.ora file and also installed OLE DB from Oracle it is ok. when i am trying to connect it gives error message which is "ORA-12514: TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor ". will you please help me out in this matter.i'll be thankful.
