I have no idea why you are getting the problem you are having.

However, posting a 5.6 megabyte file in a newsgroup which is _not_ intended
for binaries is not a good way to win friends. Even at speed approaching 56K
that took a while to download.

Could you please advise me of your address so I can bill you for the
1/2 hour of my wasted time waiting for your unnecessary and
unrequested download. Grrrrr!

Another newsgroup reader suggested that the customer upload a file,
but didn't mention that it needs to go to autocad.customer-files.

For Manuel - This is one of the errors in ACIS that usually results
from tolerance related problems and it is usually seen with "flush"
parts. There can be problems when you are working with geometry that
is a little bit off. As part of the boolean algorithm, ACIS needs to
go and intersect the edges of one model against the faces of the other
and vice-versa. One of the things that needs to be figured out is the
relationship of the edges against the faces -- whether they are
tangent, cross from inside to outside, etc. If this process produces
inconsistent results you get the "Inconsistent edge-face
relationships" error.

You might try reducing the value of FACETRES in the drawing,
sometimes this will help.

Another thing that is recommended is to obtain the R14.01 maintenance
release. Some improvements to the ACIS components of AutoCAD were made
in this release.
