Bentley Microstation *.dng CONVERSION HELP

Does anyone know of a way to import or convert a microstation drawing
file?
We are stuck and losing money by the minute!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think you can do it with AutoCAD MAP

I showed a client how to do it this morning. City Engineer for a small
muncipality, had a 5 MB DGN file that was his streets, and another 6
MB DGN file that was his contours.

Showed him how to use MAP to bring em in, no SWEAT (and I ain't even
the MAP guy - I was driving blind with my fingers crossed <G>). They
came in like a champ.

Then I showed him how to use Softdesk Civil to turn the contours into
a 3D topo model of his town. His chin hit the floor.

Pardon me if I am wrong,
I thought one could import dgn files in ACAD. If not cant you export it
to dxf format
fron MS and bring into ACAD.
