I'm running AutoCAD R14 with win95 and my command line has vanished. Under
the Tools pull-down, Display I have 4 lines set to display at the command
line but none are showing up?????

Help!

Try minimizing the dwg window first (not the whole acad session, just the
interior dwg window), if the command line is there, drag it to dock at the
bottom.

If that solution don't work, you will probably need to edit the registry. I have the
instructions at the office - if you need them, repost here tomorrow and I'll dig 'em
up.

Here is the registry location you need to look at:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Autodesk\R14.0\FixedProfile\Command Line Windows

Hope this helps.

Actually the solution ended up being embarrassingly simple.

The command line window was accidentally un-docked and was hiding beneath
the Win95 task bar.

Thanks to all who offered help.
