Thank You Kindly,
Corey
Try printing with the hatch a color that plots w/ a thick line. It seems (on
my printers, Epson Stylus600 & Canon Bj-230) that the dots are there, just
so small you cant tell. If that doesn't work, I don't know what to say.

Gordon Price
This will definitely happen if you are using your 4V as a PostScript printer.
PostScript is documented as not printing zero-lenght lines unless certain
conditions are met, and AutoCAD does not set up those conditions.

Also the problem happens with my leader arrows as well. They print out
shaded not solid, and the same result with a heavier P-Line.
Thanks Again,

Also a similar problem with my leader arrows and any P-line with a
thickness. The arrows print out shaded and the P-lines only prints the
outline of the line. In the full preview in the print screen, all appears
to be normal. Although that is not the case when the paper comes out of the
printer.

Corey,
We use r14 and an HP4V and had the same (at least I think it's the same...)
problem. What we have done is:
(I'm making the assumption that you are using WIN95)
Go to Start->Settings->Printers
Right-Click the HP4V Printer in the Printers Window.
Left-Click Properties.
Select the Graphics Tab
Under Graphics mode, select Use raster graphics instead of Use vector graphics.
If you already have that selected, I can't help you.
Good Luck,
Tom Bullock
-Go to prefecences
-Select printer
-Modify
-Reconfigure
-uncheck "allow dithered output"
Mail me how it worked!
Marko
