Is anyone using software to keep track of the plotting within their offices.
Something that would generate a monthly statement that could then be
invoiced would be really helpful.

In my work for Océ, I have spoken to many customers who are happy with
www.sepialine.com. I don't work for Sepia Line or get a cut of the action.

We use technesis http://www.technesis.com/ . It works great and links to
our accounting software as well.
