License invalid error ?

Hi Folks,
I get the following error: License is invalid please contact your local
authorized autocad dealer.
When I hit the OK button I get a fatal error. It's a standalone autocad
2002 version (not a network version).
Our company has about 25 autocad licenses and only one PC this error
occurs from time to time.
What could cause this ? Thanks, Andi

If the memory footprint for acad.exe goes over 2GB Windows will terminate it.
