I seem to have a similar problem. I have a Logitech Mx700 mouse and I can't seem to convince AutoCAD to let me use the wheel to bring up the OSnap menu. A friend was recently using the system and I don't know if he messed with anything. I have tried setting it to AutoScroll but that doesn't seem to do it either.

Nevermind. I found it on another post. It took setting the mouse wheel to be the middle button in the control panel.
