I have a few maps in imperial system to be digitised.
At the moment we are considering using either via software or through
digitising tablets.
Any thoughts, comments ,helps on the followings is much appreciated:
1) How to deal with map projections issue: Original maps in feet and in one
projection. Output in meters and in different projection?.
2) Please share your experience if you have done similar work before. I am
interested on how you utilise GIS features with regard to symbols/text
manipulation and for subsequent plotting of maps.
