R14 vs. Sony CPD-200ES Monitor

I just recently purchaced a new Sony CPD-200ES Monitor. When I draw
horizontally in R14, my display won't show the horiz. lines.

I'm trying to narrow the options down: I know my system correctly
recognized & installed my new monitor, & I have the most current Vid
drivers. Has anyone else ran into this prob?
