In R12 you might trying reloading your MNU file that contains the
programming for your template. Just type MENU at the command prompt and
choose the mnu file you wish to load.
hope this helps,

What cpu are you using? I've heard of problems with Pentium Pros and
particularly with dual processors in NT.

Are you using the Wintab driver selection in R14?

Maybe, do you have a modem on com3? Com 1 and Com 3 share interrupts as do 2
and 4.

Not sure I understand. Do you get the wrong command or no command? The
template for R14 is different. To be the same as R12, you must replace the
tablet section from TABLET1 to TABLET4 end from R12 to the standard R14 menu.
If you get no commands, try a tablet cfg. It also could be a corrupt
acad14.cfg. You can either delete it and reconfigure or set yout pointer to
Current System. Apply and quit Acad. Restart and select the Wintab driver for
Pointer. Then do Tablet Cfg.
If it's really a hardware problem, you could use a mouse with Visual Tablet
and pick your tablet commands from on-screen pop-up icons.
