You can download Power toys from the Mirosoft web site and install the Tweak
UI module.
It inserts an icon in the control panel. It's made for Windows 95, but
works under NT 4.0. All it really does is allow you easy acess to registry
settings (which you can edit directly, but it's a pain in the butt....
