I have a Logitech firstmouse+ with a wheel. If you turn on display scroll bars in preferences the wheel will control the vertical scroll bar as well the click pan feature. If turned off it reacts like a middle button

I happened upon a nice feature I'd like to incorporate into my menu.  My system has a Microsoft Intellimouse, and if I load an AutoCAD drawing with No Prototype (and thus no menu), pressing down on the wheel button activates the 4-sided arrow, allowing me to pan in my drawing.  Cool.  But if I load an existing menu, the wheel acts as a 3rd mouse button, which evokes the pop-up menu.  Uncool.

 

Any suggestions for editing my menu?
