We are running windows98/95 on approx. 80 workstations and AutoCAD r14.
A random problem
with the mouse cursor hanging then releasing is an every day occurance. I've tried many things and can't come up
with a common denominator. It happens on one machine then I open the same file on another and it
doesn't. The next day it may be reverse. This is very difficult to debug if anyone has the same problem,
and some suggestions, it will be greatly appreaciated.

Another thing to examine is whether network traffic could be causing
some interference.
