customizing via delucchi's "autocad cookbook"

years ago, i used delucchi's book to extensively customize an autocad10
set-up.
for my purposes, his template (for a 12" x 18" digitizer) provided an
excellent starting point; and the book had plenty of useful information
about
customizing for someone new to this 'engaging topic'.
now at a different company, i will customize autocad12.
is there any other more recent text, which does a better job?
