textmask with leaders....again

i've presented this problem before but got limited response so i will ask
again. after our drafters layout a roof framing plan (trusses, headers,
etc.) we add notes using the qleader command with splines. after that we
run textmask and select all the text. half the time it works fine but the
other half it changes the leader from spline to straight and it
disassociates it from the text. if we use qlattach (express) it will
reassociate it but it's kind of a pain when we have to do this to the whole
sheet. is there a quicker way to do this or is there a routine to go
through all the leaders and reattach them to the closest mtext object?
