_ Microsoft Office
_ Bluebeam Revu
_ Autodesk Building Design Suite
o Revit Architecture, Revit Structure, and Revit MEP
o Navisworks Manage
o AutoCAD
_ Scene LT

Responsibilities:
_ Manage BIM efforts throughout all phases of design and construction.
_ Model architectural, structural, and MEP systems for 3D trade coordination and conflict resolution.
_ Generate 3D models for estimating and coordination purposes from Construction Documents.
_ Generate clash reports and tracking information to assist project teams in coordination.
_ Participate in meetings with project teams and easily communicate issues, changes, and resolutions.
_ Understand the communication process between architects, engineers, owners, and contractors.
_ Update models and contract documentation per Revisions, Bulletins, and RFI's.
_ Document discrepancies and conflicts within Construction Documents.
_ Work with Field Engineers and Superintendents to provide accurate models of existing conditions.
_ Modify and export models as needed by project team to help facilitate construction efforts.
_ Willingness to learn and use different CAD/BIM software and systems.
_ Ability to read and understand Construction Documents.
