For VBA I would advise getting a copy of Microsoft's Visual Basic Learning
Edition ~ $100.00 and go through their tutorials. This way you can get the
basics for using Visual Basic. ( I learned basic in engineering school 1980
with cards, different animal) . Having a feel for Visual Basic will greatly
add to your ability to program in VBA, Visual Basic for Applications. After
this go through all the Visual Basic and VBA examples in Cadalyst Magazine,
they help with using VBA and Active-X in Visual Basic.
