How do I get the all the viewport information (entity group codes) for all the viewports in a drawing?
The call (tblsearch "VPORT" "*ACTIVE") returns the right information, but only for the first viewport. The (tblnext "VPORT") or (tblnext "VPORT" T) calls only produce nil!
The (vports) function does not give all the data I need.
Bail me out, please!

Assuming you're talking about tiled viewports, look at the (vports) function. If it's paper space viewports you're interested in, try (ssget "X" '((0 . "VIEWPORT"))) to gather all the viewport entities. It's sometimes helpful to use (getvar "CVPORT") as well. -- Ray Bradley Indigo Integrated Oakland, CA, USA
