Customized Right Mouse Button Shortcut Menu

I've done the following:
in the acad.mns file i have added /changed :

***AUX4
$P0=casey $p0=*

note that ***AUX4 is the menu for 'Ctrl+shift+right mouse button'
Then I have the following commands that show up in the shortcut menu:

***POP512
**CASEY
[Right click menu]
ID_Qselect [&QuickSelect]^C^C_Qselect;
[--]
ID_Extend [E&xtend]^C^C_extend ;
ID_Trim [&Trim]^C^C_trim ;
ID_Mirror [&Mirror]^C^C_mirror;
ID_BlockExtend [&BlockExtend]^C^C_bextend;
ID_BlockTrim [B&lockTrim]^C^C_Btrim;
