Max. License Acad Loses User Setting

Has anyone else had this prob. ?
Your running FlexLM in your office.
You try to start Acad, but all the Licenses are taken.
You ask someone to exit Acad, then you go back and Start Acad and find that
all your user setting are set back the the Acad Default
I.E. Crosshair Size, Grip Size & Colors, Main Dictionary, Display Margins,
Etc, Etc....
Your running FlexLM in your office.
You try to start Acad, but all the Licenses are taken.

Why is this so?
Acad shouldn't have even started before it has check if there's a License or
not?
And does anyone have a work around to fix this?

Don't know what causes the defaults to load but I fixed the Licenses being
used when I need ACAD. When I upgraded to tu-tu I got two stand-alone
copies, and left the network copies alone.
