Centroid of a 3d Solid?

I hate to ask like this, but:

Does anyone have a lisp routine for putting a point at the centroid of a
3dsolid?

Native LISP probably could not do this without commanding MASSPROP to a file and reading the file back in. However, VLisp or
VB/VBA could do this easily with ActiveX. You feel comfortable with either of these?
