Rotated Dimensions and rotated view question

I Have a drawing that i rotate 90 degrees from the 0,0,0 ucs in world
this takes my build from being laided out vertically and moves it to a
horizontal layout.

I dimension my building and return it to its former location at a -90
rotation from 0,0,0.

I then go into paperspace and set up a veiw using mvsetup and rotate
that the same 90 degree. as when i dimensioned the building.

But when I look at the dimensions they are all upside down.

and when i need to drag the text off the dim line if i change the text
setting to read from right to left instead of left to right the leader
line goes off with out the text.

Is there any setting that controls autocads ability to rotate
dimensions?

This is driving me crazy Please Help
