Hi. The problem you're having is probably a configuration,
installation, or menu problem. It's possible that the Ctrl+F2
key combo is defined in a menu, and that menu may not be loaded.
It's also possible that the upgrade process may have fouled
something up, or that you just haven't completely reinstalled
the third party software or done so correctly.

However, disregard suggestions from others about this being
a version mismatch problem, because 99.9% of all add-ons for
AutoCAD 2000 will run on 2002. The few that don't, usually
do not because they contained workarounds for bugs that were
fixed in 2002, or were broken by bugs introduced in 2002.
