In a drawing with architect scale of 3/8" = 1'-0", I specified the
offset command, and specified an offset distance of 4 1/4". The
resulting line is actually offset 10 1/4" instead. I am using autocad
2000i. Any ideas about what could cause the offset to be incorrect?
