autocad v12 dos - softdesk point block scripts

I am looking foir script help using softdesk (DCA)
I would like to draw POLYlines using a (softdesk,DCA) point block and point
numbers
even better would be a way to pass the data to the external 'fault' line
routines
anyone here have any lsp, scripts, links ideas

The external .exe files look like they will work with the right
command line parameters and access the cogo point block database

My current script looks like this

I have a dialog based routine that reads DCA point blocks and segregates
the points by description for use with several dialog driven drawing
options. Have a look at it at:
http://paracadd.com/ select the link to PTDCL on the navbar. Its
shareware.
Have a look at it and see if its what you want. Let me know
