importing v14 landdesktop into v14 acad

I've sent several drawings with topo (Created with acad14landdevelopment) to
clients running ACAD 14 only. They can load the drawings but get no topo.
Is there something i need to do to get the topo to load or is there
something the client needs todo for his acad14.

If you are talking about the contours, then you may need to explode the contours
and save before you send to the other person.
