[Please check the website as any update regarding the recruitment will be posted there.] Geojit Recruitment - Management Trainee - Sales & Marketing Terms & Conditions: • The Management Training program will be for six months. • During this period, the consolidated stipend will be Rs.9000/- per month • They will be covered under PF, ESI, other statutory and non-statutory benefits of the Company. • During the first month they will be given induction training and special training to appear for industry certifications, the cost of which will be borne by the Company. • On acquiring the certifications, they will be posted for On-the-job training. The Stipend on posting will range from Rs.9000 to Rs.13000 depending on the place of posting. • Cost towards use of mobile phone and conveyance will be reimbursed by the Company. • Confirmation in service thereafter will be based on the performance on-the-job as per the criteria fixed by the Company. • On confirmation in service, they will be paid an additional increment.
