Is there way I can set number of rows and columns on bookmarks menu

I use high resolution monitor and it shows 13 columns x 14 rows (3685x426px)

You must use the "Base options" to control the layout of the main menu.

The "Grouping" field determines the amount of columns or the amount of items per column.
