Auto-start Emargency Repair, detection of side panel opening and closing

I would like to realize the following two functions: Please support us. thank you.

(1) I want to automatically execute "emargency repair" when the gesture fails
I'm currently running ER manually when gestures or keyboard shortcuts no longer work. This is a hassle.
 1. How do I detect command failure (X display)?
 2. Is there a command to execute ER?
Could not find a script API that satisfies this request.

(2) Is there a way to detect whether the side panel is visible or hidden?
The purpose is to turn on/off the side panel when viewing a specified website.


AutoControl is a great extension.
I can't imagine a browser experience without AC anymore. I look forward to future updates. thank you.
