Interfering with OnShape

onshape.com is a 3d modeling website, where by default right click and drag would rotate the drawing.
AC seems to interfere with this and not allow dragging with right click.

I've tried disable AC for this website but it still doesn't allow dragging:

Make sure you don't have one or more gestures with a URL condition of their own.

For example, the URL condition you showed in the image will not be applied to the following gesture because it already has its own URL condition.

You can fix that by adding the other URL condition manually, as follows:

No, I don't have any gestures with URL condition. In fact, gestures don't work on onshape website once I added "URL doesn't start with" filter as per my screenshot, so it kind of worked - AC no longer works on onshape website, however simply dragging right mouse doesn't rotate model either... I was under assumption just adding a website in that setting would disable AC on that website all together, but something still left activated.

Make sure the right mouse button is not overridden in any of your triggers. If it is, then you must add the URL condition to that trigger as well.
